Shipping process

We need 72 hours to prepare and ship out your order. This time may be extend by holidays and weekends.
Once the order is ready for pick-up by shipping company, you are going to receive an email with tracking link for your package.
Order can be canceled or changed before it is picked up, after that is it no longer possible. If you need any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Shipping means, time and costs

We offer following shipping services:

FedEx priority - 2 to 3 days shipping time worldwide, FedEx do not delivers to PO boxes

FedEx economy - 3 to 5 days of shipping time worldwide, FedEx do not delivers to PO boxes

Priority post - 10 days of typical delivery time worldwide.
Post only states typical, but not guaranteed delivery time. Custom procedures aren't included in the time.
Priority post can be used to deliver packages to PO boxes.

GLS - Delivers package only on mainland EU. Delivery time depend on the destination country:
1 day - Czech republic
2 days - Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia
3 days - France, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia
4 days - United Kingdom, Italy, Ireland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Malta
5 days - Greece, Cyprus
6 days - Finland, Sweden
7 days - Spain, Portuguese 

All shipping times are stated in business days as most of shipping companies don't operate during weekends and holidays.

Price and delivery time depend on country of destination, weight of the order and the carrier. 
Available forms of shipping, delivery time for each carrier and price for shipping can be found in the cart after selecting desired products and filling out your address.

3Dsimo is based in Europe, in Prague specifically and all packages are sent from our warehouse there.

Duty and taxes

Customs import duty and and taxes aren't included in price of the product or shipping. If duty or tax is charged by customs, it is charged to the customer and 3Dsimo won't be covering such fees.
VAT is charged for in EU countries as we are also based in the EU. If you are EU company or organisation, you can use VAT ID box in the cart to enter your valid VAT ID and purchase without VAT (doesn't apply to Czech republic).


1) I haven't received tracking link even after 72 hours
Please, check your spam folder. Email with tracking link may be there.

2) Shipping of my order takes longer than stated
Please, check the tracking link provided. If tracking status haven't changed in several days, please contact our customer support. Be aware that package can be delayed by holidays and weekends in transit countries as those are account for in shipping time. 

3) I had to pay duty or tax
Unfortunately, such fees are determined by customs office in destination country and are defined by local laws. These are responsibility of the customer and won't be covered by 3Dsimo.

4) Shipping company contacted me and wants further documentation
All orders are sent with an invoice if necessary. If shipper requires more information, please contact our customer support which will provide appropriate information and documents

5) I need to change my delivery address or other information
Please, contact our customer support as soon as possible. All information can be changed before the package is shipped. We will contact shipping company with changed information even after that, but we can't guarantee it will taken into consideration

6) I need my package to state different value than the value of the order   
That is not possible unfortunately, all order have to be sent with the original invoice with real prices as these are checked and monitored by our counties authorities.
